rAw TiMe was a public access show in 1999 in Austin, tx. in between music videos, viewers could call in and speak to the host of the show. Raw time dropped off the air suddenly, and so did it’s iconic host, Tiffy. Here’s how I would have imagined the raw time aesthetic if I was alive in '99.
